How do we store your data?

Tckl Tech securely stores your data at our US-based Tckl Tech DataCenters and on Tckl Tech owned cloud virtual machines, leveraging industry-standard encryption of PII and protected from Unauthorized Access by physical and virtual security measures.

Tckl Tech will keep your PII and Managed Content for as long as you have an active account with FanaTckl.com and for up to 90 days after for video content and 1 year for other User Data. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by obfuscating and anonymizing all database records and any pruging archived file data associated with your account.

Marketing

Tckl Tech would like to send you information about products and services (i.e. CriTckl, OpTckl, or CanTckl) of ours that we think you might like, but will not provide marketing data to external companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Tckl Tech from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please submit a request via email.
